洋菇奶油四季豆 Green Bean Casserole

材料 Ingredients
四季豆 Green bean 1-1/2 磅 lb (675g)
洋蔥 Onion 1 個 ea
洋菇 Button mushroom12 朵 ea
康寶洋菇濃湯 Campbell Cream of Mushroom 1 罐 can
牛奶 Milk 3/4 杯 cup
炸洋蔥 French fried onion 1 罐 can (2.8盎司oz)
特級初炸橄欖油 Extra Virgin Oilive 2 大匙 Tbs
牛油 Butter1 大匙 Tbs
黑胡椒 Black pepper 1/8 小匙 tsp

做法﹕
1.烤箱預熱到350˚F(175˚C)。
2.將四季豆洗乾淨﹐頭尾切除。洋蔥去皮切丁。洋菇用水沖洗後立即擦乾,再切成薄片。
3.炒鍋燒熱後加入橄欖油和牛油。倒進洋蔥用中小火炒到透明,仔加入洋菇片用炒軟。
4.加入四季豆,康寶濃湯,牛奶和黑胡椒煮到四季豆開始變軟,大約3分鐘。拌入1/4的炸洋蔥後倒入烤盆。
5.將烤盆放進烤箱中層烤30分鐘。把剩餘的炸洋蔥鋪在烤盆上再進烤箱用450˚(230˚)烤5分鐘。



PROCEDURE:
1.Preheat the oven to 350˚F(175˚C).
2.Wash the string beans and cut off the ends. Peel and dice the onion. Rinse the mushrooms and dry them immediately. Cut them into thin slices.
3.Add the olive oil and butter to a heated wok. Add the onion and sauté in medium-low until translucent. Stir in the mushroom slices and sauté heat until they are soft.
4.Add the green beans, Campbell soup, milk and black pepper and mix. Cook until the green beans start to become tender, approx. 3 minutes. Stir in ¼ of the fried onion. Transfer the mixture to a casserole pan.
5.Bake the casserole in the middle rack of the oven for 30 minutes. Place the remaining fried onion on top of the casserole. Bake it in 450˚(230˚) for another 5 minutes.
